Min Young-ae

All of Min Young-ae’s works are paintings made in memory of the artist’s mother. They express the hardship of caring for a mother with dementia, they bring healing, and they are works of memory built while making memories with the artist’s mother. They are the artist’s tender works, painted so that there will be fewer regrets on a day that may come at any time, and in the wish that the artist and the artist’s mother may live happily and simply together.
