How the expense treatment works
- 0110 million won or lessThe acquisition cost per transaction unit is 10 million won or less.
- 02For decorationThe work is bought to decorate or improve the environment of the workplace.
- 03Displayed in a shared spaceIt is displayed at all times where many people can see it, such as an office, lobby or corridor.
If these conditions are met, the purchase price can be recorded as an expense in the business year of purchase. Basis: Enforcement Decree of the Corporate Tax Act, Article 19, item 17.
Works over 10 million won are recorded as assets and are not expensed at purchase.

- Yes. It is recorded as an asset rather than an expense at purchase. We can advise on works at any price.
- Can we see the works in person?
- Yes. Visit our gallery in Samseong-dong, Gangnam, or ask us to bring a selection to your space.

- Seoul and the capital area first. Other regions are available on request.
